The Senior PL/SQL Developer will work with our conversion team to
convert data from legacy application to Oracle Application R12. The
developer must provide industry best practices, and provide technical
support to other teams.
Responsibilities:
* Participate in developing the DATA X-VStream-Spam-Level: 1%
X-VStream-Engine: Content Based Antispam X-Spam-Level: * X-Spam-Flag: NO
mapping document.
* Design and develop extract programs.
* Document Technical Specifications
* Provide technical expertise and lead junior developers and Provide
test support
Qualifications:
Must-Have Skills:
* 10 years of development experience * at least 5 years experience with
Oracle
* PL/SQL
* Thorough understanding of Oracle 10G features, Oracle development
tools,
* SQL, Oracle SQL extensions and internal functions, and PL/SQL
* Expertise in advanced PL/SQL techniques in a 9i or 10g environment
* Expertise in SQL tuning of large database environments
* Experience programming PL/SQL batch environment utilizing large tables
and
* high transaction throughput requirements
* Ability to work well with others in a large team.
* Ability to multi-task and provide expertise for multiple development
teams
* across concurrent project tasks
* Ability to provide technical expertise to junior team members and
consult with
* other application developers to tune and performance test new and
existing
* code base
* Excellent written and verbal communications skills
* Demonstrated ability to plan and execute complex tests
Nice to have Skills:
* Experience in Oracle Application or Tools will be a plus
* Experience in ETL
* Experience in Oracle DBA
* Experience in Web Application Server
* Experience in Data Modeling
* Experience in Java development
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or
Mathematics
