* Five years experience designing applications or developing
data models for designing and implementing IT applications.
* Experience dealing with Oracle databases.
* Experience in providing technical assistance in the use of
various IT products.
* Experience developing and delivering training to users of IT
applications/products.
* Experience troubleshooting technical problems.
* Experience in change testing as well as in using a problem
tracking system.
* Three years experience with the QVR system or any other
similar federal grants systems.
