Job Description:
* Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of extensive
experience working with business intelligence based technologies in the
areas of software installation, configuration, and support.
* Strong knowledge of Cognos 8 BI and Cognos Connection
portal required.
* One year experience supporting Cognos Enterprise reporting
software with Microsoft Active Directory security in a multi-server
configuration is preferred.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem determination skills.
