Responsibilities: Implementation, Engineering and Support Engineer for
Encryption Product Infrastructure implementation for File Server, Tape and
Database Encryption Technology. Troubleshooting, problem solving and Support
for File Server, Tape and Database Encryption Technology.
Required Skill Set:
- exceptional customer service, communication and organizational skills
- professionalism and sense of urgency are a must
- proven "Systems Administrator" Level experience on at least 3 of the
following operating systems: Red Hat Linux, SuSE Linux, Solaris, HPUX or AIX.
- Windows Server Systems Administration and/or Security Administration
experience
- Experience with encryption software and security software installation
and configuration on Unix/Linux and Windows Servers
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving issues with software
installation on Unix/Linux and Windows Servers
- Conceptual understanding of Active Directory and Windows Server
Security.
- willingness, desire and proven ability to work on varied technical
tasks - scripting, technical troubleshooting, problem resolution, server O/S
builds/installs, QA/Engineering Testing and technical documentation.
- willingness to work off-hours (approx. 8 - 16 hours per week) and
participate in 24X7 on-call rotation one week per month
