Would like to see someone with trading/fixed income with winforms, webforms, etc. Will be hands on and mentoring Tech skills and communications skills are the most important requirements, business knowledge is a plus as they will be working with the fixed income trading desk. Communication is vasty important as they will be mentoring people and dealing with the trading desk. Someone out of the banking environment is preferable but if we find a rock star out of another industry they will look at.
