Wants an ESB who has worked on IBM websphere 3. Needs to be more of an architect level, who can do the coding, performance tuning, configure in MQ. * * * * *Responsibilities* 1. Integration Specialist is involved in the analysis, design, development and implementation of software applications. 2. Determines user requirements, leads application design, plans projects, establishes priorities and monitors progress. 3. Evaluates project status and resource utilization and implements changes to improve the teams effectiveness. 4. May coordinate with other managers to integrate project with other applications. * * * * *SKILLS * *1. *Provide *IBM Websphere MQ Series expertise, admin, configurations, maintaining standards on Windows and Unix platforms (required)*** 2. *Java, JMS, SOAP, XML schema, XSLT, Xpath * *Minimum 8 years *experience working with *Integration Technologies* 3.
