client located in St. Louis, MO, in their search for a Senior Oracle
Analyst. The ideal candidate must have experience with Callidus. This is a
direct hire opportunity.
*Senior Oracle Analyst*
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Leads on-going development and the support of existing business
processes.
· Manages small to medium project initiatives within Oracle
Applications.
· Contributes to the development and delivery of presentations.
· Participates in the design of complex solutions primarily within
Callidus and Oracle Applications.
· Leads the design and implementation of new customer projects and
business programs.
· Assists in the mentoring and growing of junior business analyst
resources.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Minimum three years of business analyst or consulting experience
with Callidus AND Oracle Applications.
· Callidus TrueComp 5.2 or Oracle 11i experience required.
· Knowledgeable and experienced in the Software Development
Lifecycle.
· Knowledgeable in relational databases and SQL.
· Bachelor’s Degree; preferably in Accounting, MIS, or a technical
related field.
· Callidus Applications or Oracle Applications Financials experience
is required.
· Strong understanding of financial business processes and how
technology can enhance and improve these processes.
· Previous experience managing project initiatives across multiple IT
and business organizations.
· Good project management skills.
· Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
· Independent, self-motivated
