*Location:* Austin, TX *Duration**: *4 months then CTH *Start**: *Immediately *Job Description* *Primary Responsibilities will be:* - Provide leadership on service management project tasks including the assessment, strategy, design and implementation in Remedy ITSM related task. - Assist in assessing IT operational maturity and identifying targets for process improvement - Mentor and manage team members *Position-specific Requirements:* - 10+ years experience as a* **Remedy* solutions architect/developer, design and implementation, including requirements gathering and analysis, application design, code development, system documentation and training. Technical skills must also include systems integration, database design and development. Successful candidate will be responsible for* **Remedy* ITSM and ITIL IT Service management process development and implementation. Candidate will work with team members and clients in a collaborative environment. *Qualifications* · Remedy development in Remedy 7.x ARS ITSM Suite, CMDB, Service Level Management, Mid-Tier, and Crystal Reports & Custom Applications. · Implement additional functionally including forms, workflow, alerts, views, filters, escalations, menus, and other related components. · Performing maintenance and enhancements to all Remedy applications · Designing interfaces with other systems · Upgrading or installing ITSM 7x *Process * · Development of ITIL based workflow · Drafting technical installation, configuration and customization specification documents · Responding to customer requests for product or solution information · Estimate level of effort to design or deploy products or solutions · Draft proposals and statements of work for solutions · Proficient in requirement gathering requirements gathering, design documentation, development and software installation.
