Skill Level: Senior (7+ yrs) Skills: ** Visual Basic Developers (need 2) - minimum of 6 years experience in complete SDLC. ** Minimum 3 years hands on experience in developing applications using VB and Relational databases like DB2, Sybase, Oracle. ** Strong Analytical skills in understanding existing VB applications. ** Have experience maintaining existing VB code base and making changes to support change requests. ** Enterprise Java Developers (need 3): Minimum of 6 years of experience of complete software development life cycle (SDLC). ** Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing enterprise applications using Java technologies and Relational Databases like DB2, Sybase, Oracle ** Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing Object-Oriented enterprise applications using technologies like OOA, OOD, UML, Enterprise Integration Patterns, GoF Patterns, and Core J2EE Patterns. ** Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing enterprise applications using advanced Java EE technologies like JMS, EJB, and Servlets. ** Minimum of 2 years of experience in building Web Services using advanced technologies like XML Schema, WSDL, SOAP, and Java XML APIs (DOM, SAX, JAXP). ** Strong analytical skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly. ** All experience MUST be hands on and on real enterprise projects. Special Comments: ** VB Developer: Strong desire for experience using Visual Basic Version 4.x and 5.x. ** Nice to have: Knowledge of Java technologies. ** Enterprise Java Developer: Strong desire for experience in Apache Servicemix, Apache Maven, Spring Framework, Eclipse, Rational Rose, XSLT, AOP, and JDK 1.5 or above. ** Nice to have: ESB, FUSE, Java EE 5, EJB 3.0, JAX-WS, JAXB, Unix/Linux, Shell, Ant, Hudson, Build and Continues Integration experience.
