We have an opening for....... Job Title: System Analyst Location: Jacksonville, FL Duration: 6 Months Contract Job duties include but are not limited to the following: ? Partner with analysis and other IT staff to ensure that designs meet business and technical requirements ? Perform as team lead/mentor, assess tasks, and assign priorities ? Liaison between business units and IT ? Manage multiple projects simultaneously ? Conduct internal project audits ? Work closely with customers to identify System and Business requirements ? Conduct business process analysis and needs assessment ? Research tools and techniques to improve customer quality and productivity ? Develop test plans to verify that user requirements are incorporated into business applications ? Utilize systems and data to resolve business issues effectively ? Conduct unit testing, migration testing, and user testing ? Troubleshoot production issues and resolve in a timely manner Job Requirements: ? 6+ years work experience in an analytical role ? MUST have experience creating or documenting System Requirements ? Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience ? Knowledge of requirement-gathering methodologies and Application Development Lifecycle ? Experience with Rational tools, RUP, UML, Use Cases, modeling, diagramming, and other related System/Business Analyst duties ? Knowledge of systems, programming languages and tools used in the IT industry ? Experience with Windows operating environments ? Experience designing distributed client server or web applications . Bachelor's degree related to Information Technology . Experience with insurance software and the P&C industry - claims management, imaging and policy administration systems is a plus .
