Location: Bellevue, WA. Type: Through September 2009- possible extension Pay Rate: $50 per hour on corp to corp Manager Notes: This person will be working with 2 other developers. There isn't a lot of documentation, so they will have to be great at working with others, on SOX compliance for a lifecycle asset management project. The manager is looking for a strong Oracle/ BO Dev with at least 5 years experience (each). Experience with SOX compliance projects or C.A.T.S. (Cellular Asset Tracking System) is a huge plus (they are working on a SOX compliance project within C.A.T.S.). This person MUST have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Selling Points: contracts usually extended. Interview Process: 2 phone interviews (1 with team member/ 1 with manager) Phone interview TMO is in need of a BO Developer with at least 5 years of hands-on experience. Must be able to create Univereses, Webi reports, Deski reports. Candidate should have some modeling experience to be able to design or create joins, views and tables when needed or notice when it is needed by BusObj without being told. Candidate should also have experience tuning complicated SQL queries. The candidate must have strong oral and written communication and leadership skills to be able to jump into a situation and deliver on-time. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly from team members.
