The analyst is responsible for implementing processes to load Benchmarks to SSgA's RITS (Relational Index Tracking System) database. RITS provides returns and constituent lists to Portfolio managers, Performance, Client Reporting, Compliance, Trading and Operations. The analyst liaises with benchmark providers (e.g. MSCI, Russell) to provide data costs for the PM's. The analyst also writes the loader specifications for the IT group, and acts as the point person on data inquiries from all internal clients.
