Yes Project Name: Operational Reports Development Project Description: This position is required to fulfill the operational reporting terms and conditions for the complex managed services and outsourcing contracts (i.e., Amgen, Whirlpool, ServiceMaster, etc.) to mitigate SLA and contract breach risk. Job Description: · Responsible for developing and applying tools, methods and systems to build effective operational performance results reporting. Liaising with LCM, Service Management, IT, GCSC Operations, GT3 and SLA Reporting organizations. · The initial primary responsibility of this position will be a Business Objects (BO) report developer, responsible for building BO reports that provide output based on AOTS ticket details. · This includes the building of account specific BO reports based on the needs of the LCM team and the agreed contract stipulations for SLA and custom reporting. · This individual will work closely with the LCM Team’s Operations Reports Single Point Of Contact.
