Job Title: Network Developer - MUST HAVE NMS (Network Management System) and

Network Developer - MUST HAVE NMS (Network Management System) and C++ web dev.
experience. DO NOT SUBMIT CANDIDATES WITHOUT THIS COMBINATION.
Position Responsibilities:
• As directed by the Program Manager and Development architects design and
create Network Monitoring and Traffic Engineering within the MS Network
• Design professional Web pages that give the “wow” to a project.
• As part of the Network development the delivery of Metrics, Team Engagement,
Services Delivered, and current project status must all be self –servicing and
maintainable by
current staff.
• The ideal candidate is a self-driven individual with a strong internet
routing (BGP, MPLS), network measurement tools (ping, traceroute), Perl, C
• Strong background in network based technologies, strong customer focus and
excellent decision making skills. DNS, Netflow, html, optimization tools
(Mosek, CPLEX),
network measurements (available bandwidth, loss rate)
• The successful candidate should be able to both self-start as well as perform
on a team, communicate effectively across multiple levels of technical
understanding and multiple
levels of the organization and can manage complex technical problems with a
sense of end-to-end ownership.
• Specific responsibilities will vary from planning, managing, facilitating
Network Development project and implementation.
• Developing and documenting processes and ensuring operational system delivery
are a must for this role.
