Package/test/rollout 3rd Party SW packages such as Adobe. Assist the team where needed including but not limited to war rooms and emergency rollouts Make changes to user systems in the least intrusive ways – Strong skills in wmi, vb scripting, and command line scripting required Ability to interpret vendor documentation, create checklists and maintain technical documents. Proven ability to establish and maintain a high level of user trust and confidence in ISD’s knowledge of, and concern for, customer business needs. Strong customer service skills.
