*Rate$50 to $55 per hour*
*Position Requirements/Technical Skills:*
The proposed candidates must have eight (8) years of experience in the
following requirements:
1. Eight (8) years of experience in Developing business and functional
requirements.
2. Eight (8) years of experience in successfully delivering software
solutions.
3. Eight (8) years of experience in comprehensive knowledge of client
server and web architecture.
4. Eight (8) years of Proven experience in user interface design,
database design, application design, testing, conversion, implementation
5. Eight (8) years of experience in a comprehensive knowledge of
system development life cycles and the project management methodologies.
6. Eight (8) years of experience in strong knowledge of project
management tools like MS Visio, MS Project and UML.
7. Eight (8) years of experience in to understand and communicate the
role of technology in the delivery of solutions.
Eight (8) years of experience in working with Object-Oriented Analysis and
Design methodology and tools
*Position Description/Responsibilities:*
We are looking for a senior Business Analyst with some PM skills....there
are 2 openings.
1. Work closely with the users to understand business needs, translate
business needs into detailed requirements, extract appropriate information
from rich data sources, analyze results, and present findings and
recommendations
2. Work closely with the technology team to define functional processes and
requirements for the design of the web applications
3. Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and internal user
requirements. Understand the business needs and ability to translate those
needs into functional requirements.
4. Produce high quality functional specifications to be reviewed and
referred by the development teams
5. Work with the Technical Project Leads and developers to ensure that they
understand the overall business requirements and project objectives
6. Investigates and analyzes problems, including impact analysis of change
on all systems and business areas in order to recommend appropriate
solutions
7. Should be having extensive knowledge of Net framework and object oriented
concepts
8. Responsible for reviewing requirements, analyzing the impact of the
requirements on development, and bringing any resulting issues to the
attention of the project manager.
9. Participation in the development and preparation of documentation for,
but not limited to, procedural, program and user documentation.
10. Participate in meetings with users to demonstrate the product.
