Duration: 6 months Billrate: Open* Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements: Required: • Minimum of five (5) years of software development and maintenance experience. • Minimum of five (5) years of business analysis experience. • Minimum of five (5) years of experience with software design. • Minimum of five (5) years of experience of software programming/construction and testing experience. • Minimum of three (3) year work experience developing project documentation. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent organizational and presentation skills. • Graduation from a four-year college or university • Minimum of three (3) years of Java programming work experience • Work experience with the following: J2EE (Java 2 Enterprise Edition), SQL, JRUN, Web page and service development (XSL, HTML, and XML), JDK (Java Development Kit) and DB2 Database. Preferred: • Microsoft Office Suite experience (Excel, Word, etc.) Visio • Work experience with Eclipse, IBM - MQSeries and Visual Source Safe • Familiarity with System Development Life Cycle • Experience collecting user requirements and documenting the design for large and complex projects. • Experience with Enterprise Level Application Development spanning two or more business areas.
