Job Title: SharePoint Developer/Administrator Location: Powell, OH Duration: 6 Months Contract Job Description: We are looking for a contractor with a demonstrated ability to architect, design and deliver a SharePoint infrastructure for a long term opportunity. This role requires an extensive end-to-end knowledge of SharePoint including the interconnecting pieces; candidates should possess a BS in Computer Science & minimum 5 years of related, relevant experience. Requirements: . Skills to install, configure, tune, apply patches, troubleshoot and support SharePoint Portal Server, Windows SharePoint Services, and integrated third party applications. . Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2003, Internet Information Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Clustering, Windows Load Balancing, and DNS. . Experience with Microsoft SQL Server including web and database server management and security. . Knowledge of HTML, XML, JavaScript, Visual Studio, VBScript, PERL, and .NET Understanding of SharePoint site administration and permissions structure . Ability to manage governance polices and permission groups. . Ability to centrally administer search settings and site creations. . Ability to deliver SharePoint backup/recovery and disaster recovery solutions. Job Duties: . Teamwork - must be able to work in a team environment. . Communicate professionally, in writing and orally. . Provide level 1 and level 2 admin supports for Sharepoint. . Respond and resolve Help Desk generated tickets. . Ability to work in a stressful environment that is driven by project dates. . Meet with customers (internal IT and Business Unit) gather requirements, and produce architecture diagrams Assist with the migration plan (creation and execution) from SharePoint 2003 to 2007 . Develop capacity planning estimates and participate in strategic planning sessions. .
