*JOB DESCRIPTION:*
- Recruiting for a QA tester with a development (i.e., technical)
background.
- Candidate should be proficient with testing methodologies preferably
iterative approach.
- The candidate must be proficient with SQL & UNIX/LINUX.
- FIXML is a nice to have.
- The candidate must have prior experience testing large systems (i.e.,
significant back-end and front-end logic & components).
- In addition, the candidate must have prior experience integrating large
systems.
- Additional critical attributes include strong communications skills to
all levels, is a critical thinker who is adept at thinking out of the box to
develop creative approaches to new issues and is seasoned enough to assume
that things will be wrong until the tests prove otherwise.
- This individual will operate within a team who readily shares pertinent
testing results without prompting (but ses judgment to not deluge everyone
with every new fact).
