requirement for a EPIC Resolute Analyst - Pasadena, CA.
Duration: 6 months+
Skills:
The Billing Application Analyst is responsible for achieving in-depth
knowledge of the Epic Resolute software and serves as a liaison between
end users and Epic implementation staff. EPIC Resolute certification is a
must.
The Analyst routinely performs in-depth analyses of workflows, data
collection, report details, and other technical issues associated with the
use of Epic Resolute; is responsible for developing and documenting the
internal procedures that will be used in conjunction with Epic Resolute
applications; and will design, build, test, install and maintain those
solutions.
• Prioritizing and implementing changes requested for the system.
• Coordinating software updates and changes with users.
• Thoroughly reviewing and testing each new release and enhancement
• Effective oral and written communication and follow-up skills
• Strong interpersonal relationship skills
• Strong desktop tool usage including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint• Good
process design experience
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with a knack for probing for
information in order to fully understand the underlying needs that drive
how the system should be built.
