We have an urgent requirement for *Maximo Developer *in *Hanover**, MD.*Please submit suitable resumes ASAP. * * *Job Title:** Maximo Developer - (10 Openings)* *Location: Hanover, MD* *Duration: 6+ Months* *Rate: Competitive* *Experience:* - Minimum of two (2) years *Maximo EAM* working experience and/or have successfully completed a minimum of two (2) *implementations of Maximo 6 EAM*. - Must have three (3) years of experience as a software engineer. - At least two (2) years of experience working with *SQL, Actuate 8, BIRT, Crystal Reports or third/fourth generation languages* in the design and implementation of systems and one (1) year working with *RDBMS (Oracle 10).* - Transportation experience desired - *IBM Maximo systems* (Maximo 7 preferred) - *Asset Management, Work Management, Inventory Management * - *Actuate 8, BIRT, and Crystal Reports (w/ Oracle 10g) * - Strong communication skills - Works well in project team environment - Work effectively with all levels of staff, from line workers to upper management * * *Job Description:* - Develop Actuate, Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools (BIRT), and Crystal report specifications in addition to developing, testing, and implementing such reports. - Conduct a high-level review of the existing Maximo 6 enterprise environment to gain an understanding of the current product usage, features and data elements utilized by the client. - Provide all documentation in accordance with the client's System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). - Collaborate with the client's Maximo project team during all ongoing efforts associated with Maximo. - Follow the Change Request process as established by the client. *Skills:* - The candidate must be expert with *IBM Maximo* *v6.x*, familiar with Maximo *v7.x and v4.1.1*, and have a broad knowledge of all Maximo applications and an extensive understanding of Maximo for asset and inventory management. - Experienced or familiar with the *Transportation industry solution for Maximo 6.x and/or 7.x*. - Must be knowledgeable in implementing computer systems in a phased approach of requirements analysis and conceptual design, site survey, system design review, critical design review, installation, integration, and testing. - Must be capable of performing configuration management, software integration, interpreting software test results, and recommending solutions for unsatisfactory test results. - Must be knowledgeable in life-cycle support, including maintenance, administration, and management. - Must be able to provide solutions to identified software problem reports. *Education:* - A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline or three (3) years of equivalent experience in a related field.
