Business Systems Analyst with recent Insurance EXP
Location: NJ
Duration: 3+ months with possible extension
Rate: $40/hr Max (not nego) on CTC.

Job Description:
A Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) on a SailPoint Identity IQ
project in a Commercial Insurance division of an insurance company.
Reports to a Project Manager, A short term Pilot that could evolve into
a long term program
Experience and Qualifications:
* A seasoned BSA on full systems life cycle implementation of
custom or third-party software, namely, 7-10 years as a lead BSA.
(mandatory)
* Worked independently in organizing, scheduling and conducting
business requirement gathering sessions with the Business including
conducting JAD sessions (mandatory).
* Used best practice in gathering business requirements and had
full responsibility for authoring a Business Requirements Document and a
Functional Specifications Document (mandatory).
* Highly skilled and creative in using tools to develop
business process workflows/swim lane diagrams, use cases, traceability
matrix and other relevant project artifacts (Rationale Rose, Word,
PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, etc.).
* Proven success as a BSA working on "time boxed" projects and
managed multiple tasks effectively (mandatory).
* A self-starter who gets the job done with minimal supervision
(mandatory).
* Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and
written) used in daily interaction with the Business and project team
(mandatory)
* Experienced in the application recertification or SOX space
(nice to have)
* Prior experience in top tier consulting firms (nice to have).
* Insurance background (nice to have).
* Prior experience with Sail Point Identity IQ or equivalent
software (helpful).
