*Rate:* $60/hr - $70/hr (DOE).**



*Skills Required:*

Ø       Experience with SAP ASAP Roadmap, implementations and associated
processes in change management.

Ø       Minimum 2 years of experience with SAP with at least one cycle
implementation, including identifying and mitigating organization and
personnel risks to product adoption.

Ø       Provide assistance to the business process owners in Finance,
Materials Management, Budget Preparation, Human Resources and Payroll to
establish value in product offering.

Ø       Communicate and engage stakeholders at all levels to understand and
adopt new business processes of the product suite.

Ø       Guide the design and development of knowledge and information for
the purpose of training and knowledge transfer to stakeholders.

Ø       Strong communication skills, both written and presentation forms are
required.

Ø       Strong working knowledge of presentation and desktop publishing
skills.

Ø       Strong working knowledge of end user processes in ESS/MSS in SAP.

Ø       Able to conduct multiple ability to conduct multiple MySC Employee
overview presentations to varying employee groups on a weekly basis over a
9-month time period.

Ø       Ability to facilitate effective presentations in large auditoriums
and small focus groups in facilities across the state.

Ø       Training content development background knowledge a plus.

*Job Description:*

Ø       Work collaboratively with Communications Lead and review all work
products and materials with lead prior to review with Manager and
distribution to stakeholders

Ø       Works collaboratively with functional team members on the
development and delivery of Employee collateral materials, presentations,
and communications

Ø       Assist in development of Employee road shows

Ø       Coordinate communications and logistics for scheduling Employee road
shows

Ø       Conduct Employee road shows

Ø       Assist with continual updates to SCEIS Employee communications work
plan

Ø       Provide assistance with additional HR/Payroll training needs as
requested

Ø       Work collaboratively with other areas of EC & C as requested

Ø       Comfortable speaking in front of audiences, able to respond to
questions pertaining to the project, and managing audiences of multiple
sizes with different levels of understanding regarding ESS/MSS

Ø       Consistently represents the project in a positive manner in front of
state employees not familiar with SCEIS
