This position requires supporting twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week business critical databases and applications must be able to meet deadlines, work on multiple projects, must possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable with fast-paced development cycles.Must be very comfortable with implementing database performance tuning, security standards, backup/recovery and database architecture. Must have very solid experience with advanced Oracle features RAC(10g), Oracle Data Guard, Oracle partitioning, Oracle Advanced Replication/Streams, Veritas clustering.
