Able to use a personal computer in a Windows environment; as well as Lotus Notes, Microsoft software and mainframe functions. Skilled with development of ICM routing scripts, Studio VXML applications and CVP scripts. Able to establish and maintain effective and professional working relationships with others at all times in the course and scope of conducting business. Able to manage work efficiently in order to complete multiple assignments in a timely manner and communicate effectively and correctly in writing and verbally on a variety of business matters as requested.
