*Urgent need for Systems Tester for 6+ months contract at Jersey City, NJ.* *SYSTEMS QA Engineer with w/online brokerage system tools, Equities and Options Trading Systems and OPRA experience*. *NOTE: please do not send just a QA, or an Applications QA Tester. * * OPRA is highly required skill.* *Required Skills: * *EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE: *- Extensive knowledge of online brokerage system tools required. - Extensive knowledge of Equities and Options Trading Systems required. - Experience testing projects to support OPRA's Options Symbology Initiative required. - Experience with the Investment Advisory business strongly preferred. - Experience with Quick Test Pro required. - Knowledge of HP Quality Center required - Excellent communication and organizational skills, team player. - Ideal candidate will have used and understand LINUX, UNIX, JAVA, C, C++, SQL, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, HTML and XML. - Have a good understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle. - Good understanding of IT systems. - Knowledge and hands on working experience of Market Data and streaming quotes is a plus. - Good understanding of trading and financial industry, Series 7 a plus. - Prefer someone who has worked with OPRA FEEDs, UQDF, UTDF, CQ or CT feeds. *-- Thanks & Regards Padmaja [email protected]* * *
