Job Responsibilities / Description:
Maximo Principal Consultant will be responsible to Conduct Business Process & Workflow Definition Workshops and create functional/design requirements
1. Configure core EAM applications
2. Perform database changes
3. Configure applications screens and workflows
4. Configure audit trail and e-signature functionality
5. Design workflows
6. Has knowledge of chosen interface tool
7. Coordination of activities for the Functional Team.
8. Contribution to project scope definition, requirements and functional design.
9. Completeness and prioritization of business requirements.
10. End to end integration of functional components.
11. End to end integration of functional design and process.
12. End to end alignment of policy and procedures.
13. Development of the business benefits realization approach.
14. Identification of business risks and definition of mitigation approaches.
15. Identification of business issues and solutions.
16. Impact analysis, reporting and recommendations.
17. Co-owner of User Acceptance Testing.
18. Identification of key business decisions and definition of options.
19. Liaison between business and IT Teams.
20. Communication of team status to the Project Leadership and Executive Leadership Team.
21. Integrity of key controls.
22. Detailed project plan development and communication of weekly status reports.
