Location: *Albany, NY.* Duration *18 Months* *Rate $35/hr CTC* * * *Note: Government experience* preferred. * * *Mandatory Requirements* · Minimum of four years experience in Solaris administration (version 8 and higher) in an Enterprise Heterogeneous computing environment. · Minimum of four years Networking experience, including servers, routers and switches. · Minimum of four years experience with recent and current versions of a major distribution of Linux. *Desired Requirements* · At least 2 years experience supporting Solaris Operating environments running Oracle Databases · At least 2 years experience in the installation, administration and support of RedHat Linux operating system versions 3, 4, and 5. · At least 2 years experience in the installation, administration and support of Veritas Volume Manager and File System. · At least 2 years experience supporting Unix Operating environments running PeopleSoft 8 three-tier applications · At least 2 years experience in the configuration of enterprise firewalls. · At least 1 year experience supporting Sendmail or PostFix in an email environment that includes Microsoft Exchange. · At least 1 year experience in the installation, administration and support of MacroMedia ColdFusion MX in a distributed 3 tier environment · At least 2 years experience in the installation, administration and support of Veritas NetBackup running in a mixed Unix/Windows environment. · At least 1 year experience in the installation, administration and support of Solaris 10. · At least 1 year experience supporting and configuring BIND on Unix platforms. · At least 1 year experience in the installation, administration and support of SSL certificates on Apache, or WebLogic web servers. · At least 1 year experience in the installation, administration and support of VMWare ESX in both Linux and Windows environments.
