Location : Redmond, WA
Duration : 12 Months
Rate : $DOE
Qualifications:
1) ESLA Performance Analysis Intermediate Desired
2) 2G & 3G PS Core Performance engineering Expert Required
3) 2G & 3G RF Performance Engineering Expert Desired
4) Processing and Analysis of large data sets Expert
Required
5) Creating SQL scripts to pull data from DB Intermediate
Required
Responsibilities:
* The contractor will be responsible for several enterprise customers
and will be analyzing ESLA performance and investigate performance issues,
followed by presentation to the
* AT&T customer account managers.
* AT&T is offering SLAs ("ESLA") for our enterprise customers.
* In return they receive a monthly performance report which indicates
service performance against the SLA.
* The ESLA Triage that this contractor will produce is analysis of the
ESLA performance reports and investigations of any performance violations.
* This is presented to the customer facing organization who passes it
on to the customers.
