Position: DB2 Location: Maryland Heights , MO Duration: 5 Months *Job* *requirements:* - Undergraduate Degree in Information Systems or related discipline. - 6 + years related experience including control and development of standards. - *Skill and experience in supporting DB2 with DPF V 9.1 and higher running on the AIX platforms. DB2 DWE experience is a plus. * - Competent to work at highest level of all technical phases while working on own most of the time. - Excellent analytical, consultative, communication skills and report writing ability. - Strong Skills in DB2 ESE and DB2 ESE with DPF (DB2 EEE). - Understanding of AIX OS. - Understanding of Database Design as well as Database Modeling. - Experience with scripting in Unix and ksh. - Strong problem solving skills. - Strong SQL skills. - Experience with Database performance and tuning. - Experience with System performance and tuning.
