*Title: **PeopleSoft Technical/Functional Developer*
*Key Responsibilities and Duties***
§ Perform the detailed design of RICEF components, including reports,
interfaces, conversions, extensions, forms and workflow.
§ Develop common test data.
§ Configure, build, and test the RICEF components, including reports,
interfaces, conversions, extensions, forms and workflow.
§ Work with other developers, designers, and architects to make sure that
the configuration and custom components meet application requirements and
performance goals.
§ Follow good security coding practices to help confirm the application is
free of most common coding vulnerabilities.
§ Participate in code reviews.
§ Inform the technical architect and project manager of any issues that may
affect any other areas of the project.
§ Participate in transitions of the application development components to
the testers.
§ Fix any defects and performance problems discovered in testing that are
identified as in-scope
§ Document the application to facilitate maintenance
*Requirements***
*EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: *
§ A Bachelor of Science degree in a technical related field or equivalent
combination of technical skills and experience (in depth knowledge of
PeopleSoft infrastructure a strong plus)
§ Knowledge of the principles, practices, and techniques of computer
programming and systems design
§ Strong understanding of computer operations, systems, and procedures
§ Knowledge of computer programming languages
§ Full life-cycle project experience
§ Proficient in using PeopleTools like Application Designer, Integration
Broker, PeopleCode, Component Interfaces, Application Engine, SQR, Crystal,
and XML Publisher

*TECHNICAL and INTERPERSONAL KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS*
§ Strong understanding of computer operations, systems, and procedures
§ Full life-cycle project experience
§ Understanding of PeopleSoft functional HCM modules and business processes
§ Ability to understand very complex functional requirements and translate
them into high-level requirements
§ Familiarity with distributed systems architecture and SOA
§ Working knowledge of Oracle databases, including SQL and PL/SQL.
§ Strong verbal/written communication and analytical skills.
§ Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment
