*SCOPE OF SERVICES *

- Responsible for the project management including assurance that the
project is in scope and on schedule.
- Responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying application
requirements, assessing gaps, roles and data.
- Work with the vendor to ensure proper and timely delivery of TRIRIGA
software.
- Work with internal teams in DoITT to make sure the project follows the
standard city process. This includes taking the project through DoITT Intake
Process.
- Act as technical lead for the project. This includes working with the
vendor on the design, development, testing and deployment of the software.
- Responsible for training the users.
*MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE **Note: candidates who do not have the
mandatory skills will not be considered.*
- BS degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of skill and experience in Software Project Management
and Business Analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Must be detail-oriented.
- Ability to work in a team environment.

*DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE*
- Project Management (PM) certification helpful but not required.
- Experience desired in TRIRIGA software product.
- Experience in LINUX and JBOSS is a plus.
