The project manager will be responsible for building the project plan with the respective vendor project managers, tracking critical path and project timelines, facilitating meetings both internally and externally, identifying delivery items at risk, proposing risk mitigation based on team and group input, providing status on the effort, updating and escalating to executives and management, tracking financials, reporting on spend and operational cost impact, determining ways to reduce project costs without impacting the deliverables, expediting delivery and tasks as needed to meet deadlines, developing communication plan for end users, working with internal channels to update and communicate status, scheduling and briefing the various business units and key resources on implementation plans and timelines, ensuring telecom, inventory, billing and auditing processes are updated, and updating operational support documentation working with multiple outsourcers to ensure processes will prevent and resolve issues with the services and that proper escalation procedures are in place. Required Skills: Strong communication and written skills, demonstrated history of leading large projects at a global level, knowledge of telecommunication operations and associated financials, demonstrated communication experience at all levels, history of working with highly technical teams and external managed providers(EDS, Verizon). *Preferred Skills: Certified ITEL, PMI certified, telecom invoice and auditing experience.* ITIL * 3 (Moderately Strong) of 5 (Expert) and 3+ Yrs.
