Position : Tibco Admin with Strong Financial Experience Location : NJ (Citizens/Green Card/EAD's only) Duration : 6 Months Rate : $DOE OVERVIEW: The Tibco administrator will be responsible for architecture, and application support of an extreme availability, high-performance Tibco infrastructure for the GTS Tibco Support. As a Technical Specialist, the candidate will be responsible for managing, capacity analysis, actuate environment installation and setup in a 24/7 environment. Supported systems include e-commerce, accounting, customer service, warehouse management, and/or decision support. Responsibilities: * Management of open Tibco support tickets. * Tracking of Critical Tibco patches. * Developer and other support personnel training. * Architecture help with Software implementation. * Troubleshooting expertise. * Capacity and Stability reporting and design specific to Tibco servers and services. * Capacity planning and projections for a large / high capacity reporting environment. * Participate in performance analysis and tuning projects of the reporting infrastructure with the associated applications. * Mentoring junior staff and providing technical leadership to large-scale projects. * Lead initiative to develop scripts and other programs for system monitoring and maintenance. Technical Competencies: * Knowledge of Tibco (BW, HAWK, RT-View, BE, Rendezvous) * Unix System Administration experience in order to troubleshoot system problems. * Complete understanding of backup and recovery operational processes and technologies. * Works well and respects other disciplines of the project teams. * Ability to manage risk appropriately. * Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. * Excellent technical written and verbal communication skills. * 3+ years experience as Tibco developer or Systems administration of an Tibco infrastructure * Experience with Solaris and Windows 2000+ a must. * J2EE or Soap knowledge a plus A Bachelor of Science or Arts in an engineering or computer science field preferable Please send resumes and best rates Looking ahead to work with you for better Business prospects.
