*Duration:* 6 months *Rate:* Low are. NOTE: Pls *read the req carefully*. *Client* * NOT seeking for a * *Mainframe person. But someone who has exp. both with MF and Java technologies mentioned in the Mandatory section below.* *MANDATORY EXPERIENCE (must have exp. with all below)* 1. A minimum of 8 years of experience development for large-scale enterprise applications; 2. Experience in Service Oriented Architecture and Web Service development; 3. Web service development experience; experience with WS-* second generation standards; 4. knowledge of XML Technologies (XML, XSL, XSD); 5. Experience with CICS; 6. Experience with COBOL and copybooks; 7. Experience with ECI 8. Experience with CICS Transaction Manager 9. Strong integration experience 10. Ability to produce technical documentation; 11. Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate to all project members and stakeholders; must be a team player who works well with technical and non-technical resources; 12. Solid knowledge of testing tools and techniques; 13. Must take initiative, be a decisive decision-maker and show confidence in decisions made; 14. Must be able to take strategic direction from executive management and participate in strategic planning activities throughout the lifetime of the project; 15.
