This position will provide technical support of the Billing Expert installation and the incoming interfaces. The technical support team is responsible for troubleshooting and resolving production issues, answering user questions, and developing fixes/enhancements as requested by the users. This position has the potential to be a long-term role with responsibilities supporting production and in future projects expanding the scope of this installation. * Basic Qualifications/Requirements:* • Experience with Lodestar Billing Expert, preferably a recent version • Ability to develop in Lodestar rules language according to user specifications • Experience using XML for incoming interfaces through the Lodestar Adapter • Ability to create and modify Crystal Reports • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral • Ability to effectively prioritize activities and focus team efforts based on priority • Proven ability to work in a team environment to solve complex problems • Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills *Desired NOT REQUIRED Qualifications*: • Experience with C#/.NET • Experience with Informatica ETL • Experience with SQL Server and Oracle databases • Ability to interact with and communicate status to various levels of management ----------------------------------------------------------------- Regards, SHASHI OSAIR Technologies [email protected]
