Position : Instructional Designer/Curriculum Developer/Trainer
Location : Boston, MA
Duration : 3 months
Rate : $DOE
Tasks and Responsibilities:
.Work with subject matter experts to document procedures and work processes
for the purposes of creating training materials
.Create new e-learning and classroom modules to design specifications
.Convert new and existing documentation and processes into course materials
and job aids
.Evaluate and update existing training materials to ensure they reflect the
current needs of the stakeholders
.Write and edit scripts for e-learning modules and presentations
.Record and edit narrations for e-learning modules
Skills and Experience:
.Demonstrated proficiency in adult learning methods and instructional design
principles
.Advanced level of expertise in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
.Advanced level or expertise in Adobe Captivate and Presenter
.SharePoint experience desired
.Excellent writing, communication and organizational skills
.Ability to think creatively and apply ideas constructively
.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
.Ability to work under tight deadlines with changing requirements
.Basic HTML, Flash and web design experience desired but not essential
.Experience in financial services preferred
