Contract to Hire after 3to 6months-Need a team lead
Skills and additional Details:
· 8+ years overall experience in application development/IT industry
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong problem solving and research skills.
· Ability to adapt and change based on new business requirements and
environment.
· Possesses significant knowledge of client/server and web based
systems architectures.
· Experience in J2EE server (preferably Web Sphere) and Framework.
· Experience in VB/ASP/COM or VB.Net / ASP.Net
· Experience in Web Standards (HTML, CSS, XML, XSL,XSLT,
JavaScript,AJAX, Web Services, XML Transformation). · Experience in
object oriented concepts, UML and design patterns
· Database Experience (SQL Server expertise) and understands complex
database concepts and effectively employs different database design techniques.
· Debug stored procedures (T-SQL or PL-SQL).
· Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
· Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or
related discipline with information technology focus.
· Must be a team player Ability to handle multiple projects at a time

Responsibilities
· Communicates and enforces coding standards.
· Ensures code reusability & maintainability.
· Manages technical risks throughout the project.
· Production support
· Performs code reviews and mentors junior developers.
· Ensure quality & reliability of code from the development team by
conducting a smoke test for their deliverables.
· Coordinate with the quality to prepare release notes.
· Performs software releases on a staging & production environment.
· Conduct researches & do proof of concepts.
· Manage and organize all database changes in the project and ensure
database consistency.
· Decide on system architecture for small projects.
· Ability to handle multiple projects at a time
