Responsibilities: . Engage with project development teams to ensure compliance with data policy. This includes reviewing and contributing to requirements, design, and data model. . Engage with project development teams to establish pre-load and post-load data quality requirements., including driving the implementation and automation of post-load check monitoring process as needed . Accountable for defining and capturing business metadata for all production tables/views and columns, including driving business review and signoff sessions. . Engage with project development teams and business resources to facilitate User Testing . Coordinate and publish Bank DW training materials covering project data usage. Manager does not want someone who is extremely too technical. Other Skills Basic Qualifications: . 4 Year college degree . Bachelors Degree in Information Systems or equivalent . 1 Year experience with Data Stewardship and/or Data Access Guardianship principles and techniques . 2 Years experience in Structured Query Language (SQL) . 2 Years experience with Teradata and data warehousing . Excellent communication . Excellent presentation skills . Intermediate understanding of data movement, data modeling and data storage principles . Experience with major querying tools preferred . Works substantially with little supervision or oversight to deliver key milestones . Less than 30 days to self sufficiency Preferred - but not mandatory Common skill sets - Teradata and UNIX 3-5 yrs.
