Requirement: Human Resource/Payroll Business System Analyst w/ SunGard Banner Experience (Due Immediately) Rate: BEST MARKET RATE Location: Farmington CT Duration: 1 Year Start Date: ASAP Requirement: Responsible for the development of business analysis and system evaluation documents, workflow analysis recommendations, detailed system specifications and design alternatives, testing plans and criteria, and comprehensive procedures and training documentation for a large scale, multi-user Banner Human Resource system with an emphasis on Payroll. Analyze, re-engineer and recommend future workflows and develop fit gap documentation. Ensure the development of comprehensive report and system specifications and complete and execute testing plans and criteria for all system test phases. Conceptualize, design and prepare procedure and training documentation and recommend training strategies for all user personnel. Elicit optimal work products for all project life cycle phases through meeting facilitation, interviews of personnel, review of existing business and system documentation and knowledge of the SunGard vendor products. Additional Details: Candidate must have experience working on large scale Payroll systems, with SunGard Banner experience required. Skill set must include solid knowledge of complex Human Resource and Payroll processes and substantial (8 to 10 yrs) experience working with vendor and client project teams to perform all project life cycle phases for large HR/Payroll system development efforts from a business perspective. Responsibilities include business system analysis and design, development of workflows and specifications, development and execution of unit, user, integrated and volume acceptance testing plans, and completion of procedure and training documentation. Candidate must have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrated facilitation and problem solving skills and the ability to manage/supervise project plans and tasks as assigned.
