Before 2002, Unicef was using Econintel, an off-the-self package. Econintel data was converted to R/3. The front office operation is running smoothly. • R/3 was recently upgraded to ECC6.0 in September 08. Treasury uses SAP business partner and cockpit control for customers-BP. • As the reports in Treasury were not sufficient and the limit management for cash deposits are not available, Unicef has developed a lot of customized reports. • Cash position and Liquidity forecast is not implemented. • Current system version: release 603, SAPK-60301INEAFINSRV.Scope of Work • Review Unicef’s additional requirement for new reports in the light of standard reports available from SAP. • Advise alternatives i.e. standard reports. • Advise on: extraction of asset allocation details and ROI. • Advise on configuring commercial papers as securities under the limit (Credit Risk) constraints that is in place in Unicef. • Designing standard reports to meet the specification, if possible • Documentation of solutions and recommendations • Discussions with Treasury officers and presentationDeliverable • A detailed report *containing: *2.
