*Specific Work Efforts*
1. Define and create the content of the *Membership Relationship Management
(MRM) Architecture* Strategy – similar to CRM
- Help Develop Stage 0 Conceptual Architecture to Support the strategic
vision
- Identify Data Service needs, create service definition template with
high level definition with patterns and capabilities of each service
(approx. 10 services)
- Create Vendor selection criteria to enable us to evaluate potential
vendor solutions.
- Knowledge transfer to Domain Architect

*Skill Requirements*
*(a) Sr. Level Data Architect*
- Strong, hands-on experience with Data Architecture
- Strong, hands-on experience with CRM – Customer Relationship Management
architectures, application, products and implementations (emphasis on
Insurance and Membership organizations)
- Experience with Application and Data Integration solutions.
- Experience with SOA and Data Servicing technologies, capabilities and
concepts (e.g. SOA, Web Services, Logical Data of Record, MEP’s, etc.)
- Ability to up skill / train in creating strategies and strategy
documentation.
- Experience developing, validating, and documenting conceptual and
logical architectures
- Specific and demonstrable skills with Technology selection and
implementation
- Specific and demonstrable skills with cost estimation, benefits
estimation, cost recovery models, delivery timelines and planning
- Specific and demonstrable skills with PowerPoint and with developing
“C” level presentations.
- Strong, Nice-to Have: experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio),
Outlook, Avaya Meeting, LiveMeeting, Sharepoint
