Systems and technologies involved include: Genesys framework including Genesys StatServer, Genesys CCA, Genesys CCPulse, Java and/or .NET, Adobe Flex, web services, and Genesys Infomart. The developer should be familiar with basic industry standard contact center metrics and possess a deep knowledge of Genesys reporting architecture and the StatServer architecture. The developer will develop a real-time reporting metadata layer in .NET or Java that accesses Genesys operational core metrics. The developer must be experienced in supporting and administering Genesys 7 infrastructure in a multimedia environment. The developer must have 5+ years experience working with Genesys reporting (experience developing Genesys reports and metrics is highly desirable), and be familiar with Genesys Framework 7 including routing. In addition, the developer must be an experienced .NET or Java developer, with direct experience programming against the Genesys StatServer for reporting purposes. The developer should be comfortable communicating efficiently with team members, and have a proven ability to efficiently work within a team.
