Position: Business Analyst (SAP) Location: Murrysville, PA Duration: 18 Months Rate: $55/hr Job Description: SKILLS: The resource should have been involved in more than 2 successful implementations and the following skills: * A\P * CO\PA * Cost center accounting * Fixed assets * Foreign currency revaluation * Internal orders * Lockbox A\R * PCA in a 4.6 and 6.0 environment * ReportWriter * Schedule manager (this isn't a hard requirement, but a nice to have, it is easy to pick up) RESPONSIBILITIES: The resource should be available full time in Murrysville for the remainder of the year to assist with the following initiatives: * Assist business with supporting documentation and entry of Profit Center Balance sheet postings * Configuration and development of Payment factory * Corporate initiatives (functional area adjustments, Optimax, AOP, year-end testing) * Fixed asset conversion process * Implementing consolidation transaction types (this has been completed in the DEV system * Need to perform regression testing on these and ensure that there are no conflicts with our current processes * User documentation and training needs to be prepared and delivered to the accounting group * Will need to help aid in understanding the requirements surrounding when transaction types need to be identified on document entry and what also needs to be handled/coordinated with existing data - to get existing balances or activity classified with the appropriate transaction types. * Completed in the DEV system by Marc Muntslag * Need to perform regression testing on these and ensure that they will work in our environment * Assess any process related changes that need to be considered * Changes need to be ready for PRD in coordination with the Home Monitoring SAP project go live (targeted for September 2009) * Implementation of schedule manager * Month-end and Year end testing * Review the results or issues that may arise * Coordinate the effort to assign profit centers to all current balance sheet account balances so that we can have full balance sheet as well as a P&L by business unit * Regression testing of SAP upgrade * Setting up reports in ReportWriter to assist with the de-consolidations * Testing and training of foreign currency revaluation * Partially configured in DEV, however it is still in process * Needs to have regression testing performed * Supporting documentation and new business processes documented * Users trained * Changes need to be ready for PRD in coordination with the Home Monitoring SAP project go live (targeted for September 2009) * Testing and training of PCA balance sheet transfers Warm Regards, Sanjay Wise Men Consultants & 17th Floor Phone # 281 573 8885 Ext: 213 Email: [email protected] Fax: 281 764 1293 Visit us at: <http://www.wisemen.net> www.wisemen.net Connect: <http://www.linkedin.com/in/pssanjay> http://www.linkedin.com/in/pssanjay Under Bill s.1618 Title III passed by the 105th U.S. Congress this mail cannot be considered as "spam" as long as we include contact information and a remove link for removal from our mailing list.
