Hello, *Location: Seattle, WA ( Need Locals only or somebody from OR or ID) * *Duration: 6 months* They will do phone screens but will probably have to bring them in for an in person. Need to have Agile experience * * *Position 1: SDET* * * * * *Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:* - Participation in the development, implementation, and ongoing refinement of test tools, automation frameworks, deployment technologies, and automated test suites - Owning and driving test planning, development, automation, and execution for one or more product features - Active participation in reviews of product specification, architecture, and design - Analysis, recommendation, and deployment of new testing technologies, tools, and frameworks - Utilize design methodologies, object-oriented design and design patterns - Working with all levels of Business Owners, Functional Areas, and Developers - Prioritize multiple projects adhering to aggressive release schedules *The position requires the following skills and experience:* - BS in Computer science with 5+ years of industry experience - 4+ years solid hands-on experience with Java development (proficiency with Perl also a plus) - 3+ years experience with software test engineering, preferably in web-based development - Strong knowledge of testing process, methodology, and the software development lifecycle - Experience with Agile software development methodologies - Knowledge of computer network infrastructures, technologies and protocols - Ability to determine unique and creative solutions to problems within a rapid development environment - Experience with web interface development (HTML, XHTML, XML, XSL, CSS, AJAX , JavaScript, …) - Experience with SQL queries, preferably with Oracle - Experience with Linux, Solaris, or other UNIX-like operating systems - Experience with web application usability, UI design and testing - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work well independently or within a team, especially cross-functional teams They will do phone screens but will probably have to bring them in for an in person.
