Description:
This position is responsible for providing technical support and
administrative training to reinforce and support business strategies.
Performing specific tasks such as writing system functionality, testing new
development, maintaining project plans, issue logs, and status reports. Also
participating in the organization and leadership of project related meetings
and workgroups; managing multiple projects.
*Technical Skills REQUIRED*:
Experience in the development of technical training materials
Experience in facilitating groups and delivering presentations
Writing process requirements, testing and life cycle through
implementation
Clear and concise interpersonal, verbal and written communications
skills
PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Lotus Notes
Ability to work with all levels of the organization
