Title: Core Java Developer with Strong Financial Experience

Location: Chicago, IL

Duration: 12 Months

Rate: $DOE

 

Required skills:

 

Must has 8-10 years of Strong Java skills (deep knowledge of core Java) with
heavy financial background
Strong Java web & JEE skills (servlet/JDBC/JMS)
Strong Spring framework skills (IoC container, WebFlow and MVC, data access
with JDBC & Hibernate)
Automated testing (unit testing, integration testing, use of stub/mock
object frameworks, Spring integration testing support)

Knowledge of object oriented design and common GoF design patterns
Good knowledge of web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, Velocity)
Experience with ORM (e.g. Hibernate)
Knowledge of build technologies (Ant, Ivy, Maven)
Database Development (preferably with Oracle 9i/10g)
Knowledge of Subversion 



Desirable Experience:


Knowledge of Scrum or other Agile methodologies
Continuous Integration and CI build servers (e.g. Team City)
Domain-driven design
GWT experience
Oracle performance tuning
Apache HTTP web server deployment and configuration
Tomcat deployment and configuration
Experience of the trade lifecycle and the trade booking lifecycle
