Specific Skills and/or Expertise:
Required
Expert with DDS defined files, including multi-format and join
logicals
Expert in AS/400 (i Series, System i, Power i) DML and DDL 20
Expert with views, stored procedures, functions and triggers
Proficient with native triggers and RPG stored procedures and
functions 20
Proficient with SQL
Proficient in physical database design and understands logical data
model design
Able to work with minimal supervision and direction
Preferred
Experience with Computer Associates (CA) ERwin data modeler, MKS
Implementer version control application and database performance monitoring
and tuning on AS/400 systems.
Experience working in a group insurance payer environment
