At least two (2) years experience on Oracle database version 10.2 or higher. * *3.* *The candidate must have at least three (3) years experience as a DBA supporting Governmental systems. * *4.* *The candidate must have at least one (1) year experience as a DBA supporting Public or Private Retirement systems.* *5.* *The candidate must have at least three (3) years experience as a DBA supporting databases on HP Unix version 11.23 or higher.* *6.* *The candidate must have at least three (3) years experience writing Unix Shell scripts. * *7.* *The candidate must have at least three (3) years experience as a DBA supporting databases with a size of at least 100 gig.* *8.* *The candidate must have at least three (3) years experience using Oracle Grid Control 10.2 or higher. Including Tuning Pack, Diagnostics Pack and Change Management Pack. * *9.* *The candidate must have experience using Help Desk Ticket applications. BMC Service Desk Express preferred. Oracle Technical Support MetaLink will NOT be considered.* *10.* *The candidate must have at least three (3) years experience writing PL/SQL objects. * *11.* *The candidate must have experience writing documentation (standards, best practices, procedures). * *12.* *The candidate must have experience designing a database from a logical data model.* *13.* *The candidate must have experience using the ERWin data model (logical and physical) tool. * *14.* *The candidate must have three (3) years experience supporting Oracle databases on a Storage Area Network (SAN) utilizing HP XP and EVA disk storage.* *15.* *The candidate must have experience supporting Oracle databases that utilize the RMAN backups to disk and tape.* *16.* *Desirable experience: the candidate supported Oracle databases (version 10g or higher) that utilize ASM for disk storage.* *17.* *The candidate must have three (3) years experience supporting Oracle databases (version 10g or higher) using triggers.* *18.* *Desirable experience: the candidate supported Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC) database version 10g or higher.* *19.* *The candidate must have experience using the Oracle database (version 10g or higher) auditing facilities.* *20.* *The candidate must have completed the Oracle Database 10g – Data Guard Administration course.
