Sr. Developer for at least 5 years 3. Exceptional communication skills 4. The candidate will be tasked with developing, maintaining and enhancing a currently fielded web-based and window based database applications. 5. Responsibilities will also include designing, coding, testing, debugging and documenting all aspects of the application. 6. Must be able to clearly communicate both written and orally, and present products and ideas in a business-like manner. 7. Strong interpersonal skills desired due to continual interaction with clients, managers and users with varying technical backgrounds in a fast paced work environment. 8. A strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and product deliverables is recommended. 9. The successful candidate must be a self-starter with an advanced knowledge in application development and experience in developing in and supporting web enabled and windows based database applications 10. Experience required in the following development languages: .NET framework (both web and windows) or other object oriented languages, C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, JavaScript, VB Script, XML, HTML, SQL Server, Web Services, and SQL Reporting Services. 11. Experience in C# .NET, ASP.NET, and SQL Server (Stored Procedures, VB Script). 12. Experience developing in a Windows 2003/2000/XP environment 13. Knowledge of Visual Studio.NET in application development, experience in MS SharePoint Portal and Team Suite would be a plus. 14.
